This letter is written each month by our executive director to those who have donated to BWM. We are thankful for all of those who pray and give to this ministry and our missionaries. The lower portion of the receipt can be cut off here and sent with your next donation. By sending this section, you help to make your next contribution to be processed more quickly and effeciently than sending a check alone. When you send this lower portion with your next gift, we use this section to make sure we credit your account with your gift. Here you will see what ministry, missionary or project you supported with your recent gift. This section can be used to update your next gift by writing in any changes to your next gift and sending the lower portion of this receipt to us with your next gift. Each ministry, missionary or project has an account number in our computer system. This column lists the account number of each that you donated to recently. This column provides the amount given to each project. If you wish to make changes to your regular giving, do so by letting us know in this section, and sending this lower portion of the receipt to us with your next contribution. This bar code is very important in the processing of donations. This bar code is used to quickly and effeciently enter your future donations when you send the bottom portion of your receipt back to us. With this barcode, we can process your gift in seconds, rather than minutes.
