Baptist World Mission is not the missionary arm of a denomination and is not guaranteed support by any association or convention of churches.  It depends on the voluntary support of autonomous local churches and individual donors.  Since BWM is not supported by the unified budget of a denomination, each missionary must raise his support by deputation, trusting the Lord to provide.

Gifts and donations made to Baptist World Mission designated for a project under the control of Baptist World Mission are tax deductible. This includes gifts for support of a missionary, special missionary project or the Home Office. Gifts made for projects not under the control of Baptist World Mission are not tax deductible. For example, if a cash contribution is designated as a birthday gift or Christmas gift, it is not a tax deductible gift.

Holidays and special occasions are moments when many supporters ask for the best way to send cards, packages, and monetary gifts to their BWM missionaries.

Cards and letters should be sent directly to the location where the person is serving. Allow several weeks for Christmas mail to be delivered overseas. If you need a missionary’s address, please contact us.
