Holidays and special occasions are moments when many supporters ask for the best way to send cards, packages, and monetary gifts to their BWM missionaries.

Cards and letters should be sent directly to the location where the person is serving. Allow several weeks for Christmas mail to be delivered overseas. If you need a missionary’s address, please contact us.

Packages: Due to the high cost of air mail, we do not forward packages to missionaries overseas. Prior to sending a package overseas, we suggest you first ask your missionary about customs policies in their country of service. At times a missionary will pay in customs fees an amount greater than the value of the gift.

Monetary Gifts: The safest way to send gifts of money is through the BWM home office. We do not recommend sending money or checks overseas through the mail. All special Christmas gifts should be received no later than November 30 to insure the missionary will receive it by Christmas.
