Dr. Ben Sinclair – BWM Executive Director
Dr. Ben Sinclair
Ben Sinclair was born in Crown Point, Indiana. He was born again at the age of 12 during a week of revival meetings. Brother Sinclair was called to preach the next year and immediately began serving the Lord and preaching in high school. He attended Northland Baptist Bible College and surrendered to be a missionary while serving as a summer counselor at Camp Joy in Whitewater, Wisconsin.
Brother Sinclair married Rebecca Sykes. God has blessed them with four fantastic children. Their two oldest children are in Bible college, and their two youngest are in high school. Ben and Becca were appointed with Baptist World Mission in 2001 to serve the Lord in Cameroon, Africa. During their 22 years as missionaries to Cameroon, God used the Sinclairs to plant multiple churches, establish the Faith Baptist Bible College of Bamenda, and participate in the training of several nationals who have been instrumental in establishing dozens of churches in West Africa.
Dr. Sinclair has earned three graduate degrees, including a Doctor of Ministry from Pensacola Theological Seminary. He has authored four books and published several gospel tracts, including “What is the Cure?” – a tract recounting the miraculous recovery of his son, Andrew, from a rare liver disease.
