Since graduating from Bible college in 2014, we have been active in our local church as we prepare for a future of full-time service. God has given Mark many preaching and outreach opportunities. We have ministered together in children’s and music ministries, door-to-door visitation, discipleship and Bible studies. We have seen several saved as a result of our ministry. In the summer of 2017, God allowed us to take a survey trip to Ecuador. While we were there, God confirmed the call to the country and increased our burden for the Ecuadorian people.

Field Info
Ecuador was the last country in South America to open their doors to the truth of the Gospel. Corruption, crime, greed, debt, and political turmoil have left in its wake a people bound in sin and searching for freedom. We would like to join with veteran missionaries church planting in the coastal city of Manta during our first term to gain valuable experience under their ministry. Manta, Ecuador is home to over 200,000 people. It is a growing community located 160 miles from the capital city. Manta’s economy is sustained largely by the fishing industry. Nearly 60% of the town’s population is connected to this industry in some way. With the construction of an oil refinery and chemical plant, it has been estimated the population of the city will double in the next 20 years. As the Lord leads, our goal is to plant Biblical, independent, local churches in Ecuador who in turn reach and teach others (both in Ecuador and abroad) in obedience to the Great Commission.
